If I need to change my repayment schedule, what should I do?
At MyFi Services, we take pride in the flexibility of our platform. If something happens in your life and you are suddenly unable to complete one of your membership repayments, we would be happy to look into rescheduling it for you.
In order to do this, however, you must contact us at least one full business day before the repayment is due. Also please note that there will be additional fees for rescheduled payments.
If I have an Active Membership, is the Application Assistance Tool available to me?
As an Active Member of MyFi Services, you can access all of our products at any time. Please keep in mind that if you already have a running file with a lender as an Active Member, you will be unable to use our Application Assistance Tool to reapply for a loan until the current one is finalized.
Where do I find more information about my Membership account?
The best way to find all of the Membership account information you need is to log into the MyWay portal. The email address we have on file for you will be your username. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
How long do I need to wait for a lender match?
As soon as you have submitted your Active Membership form, MyFi Services’ loan comparison platform will start searching for the personal loan lender that best matches your specific financial situation. During normal business hours the search can take up to two hours depending on the loan requirements.
What is a Standard Membership and how is it different from an Active Membership?
Our Standard Membership is an online education subscription for financial tips, money help resources, and budgeting advice.
Our Active Membership includes exclusive access to additional financial education resources and emergency financial help through MyWay. Our online budgeting tools and our personal loan comparison platform are for Active Members only. Regardless of your financial needs, we will work hard on your behalf to connect you to the best personal loan option for your situation.
